Day 1: Almaty
Today you will explore the amazing sites of the city Almaty. First you will drive from the airport to the city. In course of the tour you will visit the remarkable sight Green Bazaar. This is a noisy, colorful and crowded place that conveys an unforgettable flavor of Central Asia. After you will discover Panfilov Park named after 28 Panfilov guards-memories of the fallen heroes of the Second World War. You will see there the most outstanding church Zenkov Cathedral, it was built by unique technology without using any nail. Also you will explore Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame.  You will visit the Medeo Gorge in the second part of the tour; this place is famous due to the highest mountain skating rink in the world.  Your next point will be the Kok-Tobe hill it is a popular attraction in Almaty, and one of the favorite places of recreation for citizens. You will get there by breathtaking mountain road. On its territory there is a small Park with attractions, monuments, viewing platforms and the Almaty TV tower. In Kok-Tobe Park you will walk along the winding paths of the park, enjoy the fresh air and observe the fabulous view of the city. In the end of the tour you will take a short ride from the top of the hill to the center of the city by the cableway. You will drive to the hotel.

Day 2: Almaty – Tamgaly – Altyn Emel
After breakfast you will direct to fascinating sight Altyn Emel national park. On the way you will stopover in Tamgaly Tas. Today you will pass through remarkable spot artificial Kapshagai water reservoir, Kapshagai reservoir is one of the largest artificial reservoirs for irrigation needs in the CIS. This is a Paradise for lovers of summer holidays. On its coast there are private recreation areas, namely various recreation centers, hotels. Afterwards you will drive Tamgaly Tas, the first attraction on the bank of Ili river. Tamgaly Tas – the unique monument and The sacred place, consisting of steep cliffs, attracts not only curious tourists, but also scientists trying to understand the inscriptions that dot the surface of the stone blocks. Further you will have another couple of departing hours to Basshi village. It is situated at the area of Altyn Emel National Park and you will have a trip to the Singing Dune. The Singing Dune is the pearl in the crown of the famous Kazakh reserve "Altyn-Emel".It is made of pure yellow sand, glittering with gold. The sound increases and decreases, reminding different sounds, the roar of aircraft engines, the sound of a wheeled steamer going down the river. In calm and rainy weather, as well as in winter, the dune is silent. Then you will drive back to Basshi village for overnight.

Day 3: Altyn Emel – Charyn – Almaty 
Today you will drive to the mesmerizing Ash-tree Grove on the Temerlik River. In the lower reaches of the Charyn River and its tributary Temirlik there is situated a fabulous place, where relict species of Sogdian Ash-tree are growing. Charyn Ash grove is located in the East of Almaty region, in the floodplain of the Charyn river. On the territory of this relict grove grows mainly ancient ash Sogdians, the forest area of which is the only one in Kazakhstan. The grove in The sarytogay tract in the lower reaches of the river is listed in the UNESCO register as a specially protected natural monument. It is some kind of open-air museum. Then you will drive to Charyn Canyon. After arrival you will observe the grand panorama. Then you will go down to the bottom and walk about 2 km through the maze of the Castles Valley one of the main sights of the excursion, where you will see an interesting forms and shapes. Charyn canyon is one of the most unusual and beautiful places in Kazakhstan. Many people know its history and that it is the younger brother of the Grand Canyon in the United States. You will drive to Almaty and night will be at the hotel.

Day 4: Almaty – Big Almaty Lake – Almaty
You will start your adventure with exploring Almaty Museum, one of the modern and fascinating museums. After that you will explore Central State Museum of Kazakhstan. En route to Big Almaty Lake, you will pass Park of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It will take about 40 minutes to reach the Lake, on the way you will drive through magnificent mountain paved road, observe the wonderful views, admire glorious panorama of Big Almaty Lake. The charming beauty of the lake is located among the picturesque Tien Shan Mountains at an altitude of more than 2500 meters above sea level. Scientists suggest that the beautiful reservoir is a trace of an earthquake that thundered in this area thousands of years ago. You will have an opportunity to observe the lake, immerse into virgin nature, enjoy without civilization, and make a walk on the banks of the lake half-way to the water surface which is about 300 meters down from the road. When you will drive back to the city you will visit the Falcon Farm, where you will observe interesting show with specially trained hawks, falcons and eagles. Show is open-air and takes around 30-40 minutes.
